*Duration: 5 Months* *Work Authorizations Should **be:** H1/GC EAD/GC/TN/USC * *In-person interview required* The client is currently seeking a Senior JD Edwards Financial Application Specialist for a short term assignment. The selected consultant would be expected to work onsite in Golden, Colorado. This position requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience working with JD Edwards financials to include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. Job duties will include a combination of working open trouble tickets and project work. Specific experience with troubleshooting issues in custom applications, designing payment processes, and working with JD Edwards reports is critical. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: JD Edwards Enterprise One (ERP) - Expert knowledge of the JDE table structure and dependencies - Experience with integrating data with applications outside JDE, both importing and exporting. - Must have strong software development process knowledge from design, requirements gathering, analysis, testing methodologies, and production support. - Understanding of JDE configuration including, but not limited to, UBE’s, Global Constants, Versions, Task Views and Security - Ability to diagnose and solve system problems while working under pressure to meet deadlines - Must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Assists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications. Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.
