GC, GC EAD or Citizen *We are currently seeking an Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client in Bloomington, MN* This position ensures that technology initiatives meet business requirements and function as defined. The person in this position mitigates the risk of changes to the current production environment by testing and coordinating testing issue resolution. The person in this position provides feedback towards the development and maintenance of testing standards, policies and procedures. This person provides guidance and consultation to team members and business partners regarding IS&T Quality Assurance practices. *ACCOUNTABILITIES*: Participates in all testing activities for small to large-scale projects. Prepares test environments and ensures the appropriate data and securities are available for quality assurance activities. Resolves testing issues with IS&T development teams, vendors, and business users. Utilizes and recommends changes to the Quality Assurance and IS&T Testing Programs. Creates documentation and reports for test results and defect trends; analyzes data makes recommendations to management. May train project team members and other staff regarding testing methods and techniques. Maintains awareness of the latest developments in Quality Assurance and brings forward opportunities that might benefit HealthPartners.
