NO LESS* *Visa: GC, GC EAD or Citizen/OPT* **REQUIREMENTS** *-MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE (HEALTH PLAN) EXPERIENCE* *-MUST HAVE RECENTLY FACETS EXPERIENCE* The Sr Report Developer works with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to analyzes and gathers requirements to delivery business and system reports associated with a client’s implementation of our Facets 5.3 product software. In this role you will work with both the business and the technical teams, executing individually assigned tasks that will ensure a track record of on-time and on-budget solutions that will align with project plans and objectives. *Required Experience*: • Ability to work with database, spreadsheets and reporting software • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, Hyperion, Microsoft SSRS) • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Birst, Spotfire) • Experience with large database implementations (Oracle, SQL Server) • 5+ years of progressive experience with requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise applications, preferably in healthcare domain • Experience with discovery, in depth reporting requirement gathering and triaging of implementation issues • Light hands-on experience using databases and scripting languages • Hands-on experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions • Hand-on experience working with complex data analysis and data migrations, including source to target data mapping, transformation, transport, and results reconciliation • Prior experience (multi-year) with Facets system implementation projects and enterprise integration tools • Strong written, verbal and in person presentation skills • Experience working on projects using Scrum Agile software development framework Responsibilities include: • Serves as a key technical resource in the development of data-oriented solutions to support critical business needs. • Collaborate with end users to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing and validation. • Works closely with security to ensure security enforcement of PHI and Identified Data. • Use communication skills to translate reporting requests to accurately meet the requirements and deadlines of client. • Educate requestors to appropriate and desirable parameters to ensure they get the information they need. • Onsite discovery to gain a deep understanding of the technical environment in support of the implementation and integration of the Facets Product suite. • Utilize available tools such as SQL, Business Objects and QLIK to provide technical reports to support implementation of Facets 5.3. • Participates in the definition of application scope and objectives through research and fact finding. • Interface directly with all team members throughout the implementations, assist with resolving and triaging of issues • Execute individually assigned tasks alongside other technical resources assigned to an engagement. • Troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance, identifies data related problems and provides scalable solutions. • Coordinate feature testing and delivery with customer teams • Perform solution design and technical project planning and must be able to setup the necessary measures and foundation to ensure that all of the technical work is optimally conducted • Garner the knowledge and a mastery of the working details related to the Facets product software APIs and third party integration platform that is used to seamlessly integrate systems, information, and processes from across the extended enterprise • Maintains productive working relationships with key system user, all team members and project sponsors. *Regards* *Shekhar Chaudhary* *Where Commitment Is A Passion* *Lead-Healthcare Resource Executive,TEK Inspirations LLC* *469-242-2490* <469-242-2490> | *[email protected]* <[email protected]> | *14138 Badlands Dr, Frisco, TX 75035* *P* *Let's Go Green... think before you print!* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
