I just set up an Android Developer account and began building a Beta for my application. After uploading my APK I added another tester. It won't let me move on unless I deactivate my APK and upload a new one. I keep getting:
You need to use a different version code for your APK because you already have one with version code 1. I tried increasing my version in gradle - and updated the versioncode and versionname in my manifest, rebuilding, regenerating the signed APK. But I'm still getting the error.
