Sr. Java Web Developer Auburn Hills, MI $55.00 must be all inclusive 6-months or w/ option for Contract for HIRE Visa: GC, GC EAD or Citizen *Overview:* Client is working with one of the top automobile OEMs and their connected vehicle technologies and related partners. This role would be working in a highly technical and fast paced environment responsible for complete web and services development. Consultant will conduct unit testing and obtains approval through code/test reviews, support QA testing for related development and produce, review and obtain approval of detailed design specifications. *Skills & Experience:* Must have 5 to 7+ years of experience in web applications development inclusive of: Experience as a full stack developer with focus on backen development using: Oracle Hibernate Struts or Spring JSON/Rest Web Services JSP Jenkins Build Scripts Tomcat Sonar Subversion junit or mockito Java/J2EE, JMS, XML, XSLT, XQUERY, XSD, SOAP, REST, Spring Framework, WSDL development experience Building applications & services for business/consumer-facing web applications Experience in building and reviewing design documentation in the area of Application & Service Development Web services design and implementation (SOAP and RESTful) Working experience on various operating systems/platforms (Unix, Windows) Exposure to and understanding of development & service design concepts, model-driven service development, caching, etc. Comprehensive IT analytical skills, strong problem analytical skills, Interact with the operations and QA teams for deployment of software version updates and, where appropriate, code promotion and production support Automotive Experience is desired Excellent team building, people and management skills. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Must be self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
