This developer position will work as an ETL developer Senior. This person should fully understand Informatica and ETL data movement, and be able to produce quality results on their own. Responsibilities: · Participate in requirements gathering for data deliverables to ensure an understanding of their purpose and provide a technical perspective on requirements. · Perform technical analysis to identify options for providing functionality. Present the strengths and weaknesses of various options, propose an approach that best addresses requirements and constraints, and estimate effort to deliver. · Create designs that clearly identify how standard issues will be addressed. Work with other team members (Data Analysts, Data SMEs and Data Architects/Modelers) to understand the source of data required and details about the meaning and structure of the data necessary to properly use it. · Ensuring that ETL requirements are understood and documented · Take ownership and follow through with tasks until completion · Writing high quality ETL code · Performance tuning. · Data Analysis and Data Profiling Required Skills and Experience: · Solid experience in ETL and Data Warehousing methods and technologies · 8+ years Informatica experience creating mappings/processes · Solid experience creating mappings for batch, Change Data Capture · Informatica performance tuning methods · Minimum 8 years’ Experience- Relational DB (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc.) · Query tuning · Stored Procedures, Functions and Packages · Strong ability to analyze data and identify source fields from requirements · Strong ability to understand and maintain complex database schema objects (View and Stored procedures) · Definition and use of reusable objects · Data Warehouse testing strategies · Experience in all parts of System Development Life cycle · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Strong problem solving skills · Ability to work on assignments individually and also in a team setting. · Handle multiple work related tasks · Knowledge of SSIS · General knowledge of BI tools Thanks & Regards Lisa 732 659 8650 TechPundits -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
