Below is the job description for your reference, let me know if you have any suitable consultants available. *Role : Oracle DBA* *Location : Denver, CO* *Duration : 12 Months* *Mandatory Skills:* 1. RAC with 11G or 12c, ASM = 5+ yrs 2. DataGaurd/GG/Streams/Replication= 2+ yrs 3. Back-up and Recovery = 5+ yrs 4. Performance Tuning= 5+ yrs 5. Design & Development = 2+ yrs *Job Specification:* · 5+ years current hands-on experience operationally supporting Oracle RDBMS to include Oracle 11gR2 and 12c · 2 - 5 years current hands-on Oracle RAC, Oracle DataGuard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Linux/Unix experience · 1-3+ years hands on experience with Oracle Golden Gate in a production environment, with direct experience in installation, setup, modification and troubleshooting · Perform database tuning and performance monitoring · Setup and maintain documentation and standards · Plan growth and changes (capacity planning) · Implement / manage data retention and data lifecycle management. · Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to project and support teams. · Patch Management and Version Control · Create and support databases required for development, testing and production usages. · Continual assessment of database performance and identification and tuning of problem areas. · Install/upgrade database platforms and the tools or products necessary to support them. · Provide guidance and solutions to ensure effective and efficient backup and recovery for the Oracle database environments. · Provide expertise to implement security policies for database environments. · Create and enforce standards to ensure that all application design and code is produced with proper integrity, security and performance considerations. · Monitor database applications and makes recommendations on upgrades or new functionality. · Organize, plan and execute database upgrades and implementations to ensure success. · Provide technical expertise and support to application development team. · Be able to review code and provide assistance to development team · Maintain database user accounts to ensure they meet corporate standards and guidelines. · Be able to work effectively with vendors to ensure quick and accurate issue resolution including Oracle support. · Work with the Infrastructure team to provide Level 2 technical support. · Participate in on-call rotation. · Exposure to NoSQL new technologies, with ability to articulate pros and cons. · Complete other duties as assigned *Thanks & Regards,* *Sekhar* *Email : [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
