wanted to know what is the behavior of Android phone when the APN mode is
dual stack(both IPv4/v6) and client receives both Ipv4 and V6 address.

*Reason: *

- We have tested multiple applications and found out that the application
waits for the AAAA response before firing a A query towards the DNS
servers. [have attached a wireshark of one of the application issue i had
faced]

*Questions:*

- If this is the default behavior of the OS, then can someone point me out
on what is the wait time of AAAA response before a A query is fired. (Along
with documentation/ source link if you have any)?

- Is there anyway we can change the OS behavior to fire both AAAA & A Query
simultaneously and establish a TCP connection with the mode (IPv4/V6) who
responds with a 'No Error' response code? - This could solve a lot of
problems in cases where DNS entries have been made but the site/application
is not ready in IPv6.

Thanks & Regards,
