*Role              :      Certified Scrum Master W/ Oncology Exp.
Location      :       San Francisco, CA Duration      :      6+ Months *

*Interview     :      Phone then Face to Face  *

*Basic knowledge of EHR technology and architecture*

*Looking for a Scrum Master.  Key focus will be on the following:*

·          Guiding and coaching the Scrum Teams on meeting sprint, release,
and product goals; this includes any release and change management duties

·          Guiding and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use
Agile/Scrum practices and values

·          Communicating progress of the Scrum Teams to management

·          Working together with another Scrum Master to continuously come
up with process improvements opportunities and implementing them

·          Other general program & project management duties (can include
projects outside of the iKnowMed Generation 2 product)

*Summary of Position*

·         Under the general supervision of the Sr Program Manager, the
Scrum Master is responsible for all aspects of successful completion of
project goals and objectives. This includes sprint and release initiation,
planning, execution and acceptance.

·         The Scrum Master utilizes generally accepted Agile and *SAFe*
practices and methodologies (as determined by the PMO), working closely
with cross-functional teams and all levels throughout the organization to
accomplish the product goals and objectives.

·         The Scrum Master ensures adherence to quality standards and
assures project deliverables are met and will support product managers to
bridge Implementation team requirements to functional teams. There may be
an opportunity to work on customer segmentation, strategic initiative and
financial planning initiatives.

·         The Scrum Master must be flexible with the needs of the team and
organization (whether that may be improving processes, or coming up with
innovative ideas to keep teams evolving as a team).

*Key Responsibilities (List the top five to seven essential
responsibilities in priority order):*

·         Managing and coaching 2-3 scrum teams. Includes facilitating all
Scrum meetings as deemed necessary (stand-up, sprint planning, etc.) 60%

·         Responsible for preparing comprehensive weekly status reports to
management & PMO. And daily stand up with the PMO. 20%

·         Identify potential areas of process improvement within functional
areas. Make recommendations and implement as necessary. 10%

·         Work on other projects as assigned (may require traditional
project management) 10%

*Education/Training*

·          B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Business, Technology relevant
field required

·          Project management (PMP) certified a plus

·          Business Process (Six Sigma) training a plus

·          *Scrum Training certified a plus*

*Business Experience*

·          5+ years of total project management experience is required

·          5+ years of playing Scrum Master role for at multiple teams (in
enterprise setting)

·          Direct experience in project management (or related
responsibilities) within the health care field is preferred

·          Direct experience in project management (or related
responsibilities) within information technology is preferred

·          *1-5 years experience in oncology, either working in private
practice or in an academic setting strongly preferred*

·          Demonstrated knowledge of medical business process, operations,
and tools through previous job experience

·          Experience generating and tracking a project plan, communicate
with stakeholders and lead subject matter experts to implement the product.
