*QA Manual Black Box Tester (Native German Speaker)*

*Alameda, CA*

*3 to 6 months contract (plus extension)*



*The ideal candidate will have:*

·         High fluency in German and English languages (Native German
speakers preferably)

·         Review, analyze and provide QA estimation and inputs for project
documentation

·         Create and execute localization tests in German and English
languages

·         Provide feedback and report on German and English related
usability issues of application under test

·         Create, update and follow test plans

·         Create and execute system, integration and functional test cases

·         Create and execute automated tests to contribute in Cl and CD
(Cucumber/BDD and Python)

·         Work closely with global QA and Development teams to deliver high
quality products

·         Perform black and grey box testing for IVR and Omnichannel
Applications

·         Document bugs and verify bug fixes

·         Work closely with QA Lead and development and design engineers to
achieve application correctness and usability

·         Identify variations from expected results and coordinate
research/resolution of issues with development and project management teams

·         Drive or contribute to continuous improvement within the QA team,
including providing unique contributions and process improvements

·         Keep management informed of testing project status and raise
issues as necessary
