*6 months* *Local consultants in Houston TX with Onsite Interview* Working on projects from development through implementation. In this role you will be using Big Data programming languages and technologies, writing code and testing various applications. This position will analyze, design, program, debug and modify products used in large-scale analytics solutions. This position does not have an emphasis on Oracle. We're looking for Data Engineers with experience in python and various data technology (Hadoop, kafka, etc.). The selected candidates need some knowledge of how SQL databases work. *Functions:* · Designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting Hadoop. · Analyzing application specifications and technology approaches to ensure business requirements are met and are scalable for future product releases. · Developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications · Working with business analysts and management to recommend future application solutions. · Producing conceptual design documents and detailed specifications for large-scale and complex projects to reinforce our technical product and architectural standards. · Collaborating with business analysts to diagnose and resolve complex defects identified throughout testing phases. *Requirements:* · *Experience in enterprise architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence or software development.
