Responsibilities: • Determine needs and requirements for implementing new business processes with potential new technical solutions; • Elicit, document, and re-engineer Business Processes based upon the needs of the customer; • Participate in planning for current system enhancements and future system development throughout the product life-cycle; • Develop and manage tools to provide metrics on project and portfolio progress; • Work with the delivery teams and liaising with clients to ensure project success; • Collaborate with other team members, across pillars in order to provide oversight of all district projects / client activity and district project prioritization; • Assist the client in developing and presenting a technology road-map to upper level management.
