We want to open a Google Developer`s profile on the Google Play platform. For instance, our company is set up and registered in Australia, we also have a bank account there. But process of registration we are planning to produce from Ukraine, which means that IP-address will be Ukrainian. The question is if there are some problems which can exist in this case of registration? Will this account work and be available in Australia then?
