Works with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Data Architect to design solutions that simultaneously meet both functional and architectural requirements leveraging all existing functionality when crafting solutions to keep the number of delivery components (e.g. reports) to a minimum; regularly analyze reports and other forms of output to identify optimization/minimization opportunities in the areas of both number and performance Document requirements and develop overall scope. 2. Plays a key role in ensuring that quality metadata is available, understood and used; constructs output as needed and ensure that relevant information is stored as metadata support the project management in the prioritization and estimation of data management activities. 3. Documents data models, data flows, and business processes; draft initial/suggested solutions and designs; including KPIs and monitoring; define data quality rules and boundary conditions for master data; codify data quality rules into applications and data quality or other rules engines; define, establish, develop/implement and monitor data quality indicators; Define and develop notification policies for out of bounds quality conditions 4.
