*Job Title: Oracle Apps Functional Consultant | Senior Business Analyst*

*Work Location & Address: Tampa, FL - 33607 *

*Contract duration : 6 Months*



As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be an expert contributing to
different phases of the HCM & building Human Capital Data Warehouse. You
will be intensely involved in gathering the data requirements and user
stories. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting
solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global
landscape.

·         Involve in the design of HCM solution data integrations with the
rest of enterprise. Ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross
functional impacts are considered and mitigated with the new HCM Solution
and data integrations.

·         Leads HCM Data design workshops and review sessions with HR
business users, Informatica Cloud, SSIS technical resources at all levels,
including product service owners of the specific work streams

·         Work alongside the integration teams(Informatica Cloud, SSIS) to
design, configure, and test integrations between Workday and internal
client systems and external vendors.

·         Create business requirements documents, system configuration
documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test
cases, user training documents as necessary.

·         Develops functional test plans, coordinates user acceptance
testing and guides business users in testing.

·         Utilizes an in-depth understanding of multiple data structures
and sources (possesses an extensive knowledge of multiple data stores) to
perform highly complex data manipulation or transmission using advanced
data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.

·         Work with development team to design and implement system
modifications, works with QA team to get the product tested and therefore
ensures successful delivery of the work products.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance
multiple demands, thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment,
demonstrate flexibility and have the ability to deal with ambiguity.

·         Experience working closely with technical teams to translate
functional specifications into technical solutions.

Functional skills required

·         At least 2 full lifecycle implementation of HCM System & Data
Warehouses.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance
multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment.

·         Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis, and validation.

·         Experience and knowledge of Integration points to and from HCM
system.

·         Recommend plans for continued process improvements, system
enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and
operational needs.

·         Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices
for HCM Domain.

·         Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.

Behavioral skills required

·         Critical thinker; with exceptional ability to model business
processes and identify and resolve gaps.

·         Understand business architecture framework (Structure, people,
processes, and technology) that supports the organization’s strategy.

·         Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written
communication skills.

·         Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and
act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practices.

·         Strong ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Senior
Consultants for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team
environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.

·         Strong organizational and analytical skills.

·         Encourages learning and innovations.

·         Strong Customer Orientation and building strategic perspective.



*Typical level of experience:*

·         7+ years of experience working on HCM solutions in either Core
HR, Recruiting, Self-Service, T&L, NA Payroll, Payroll integrations and
Global Payroll modules.

·         Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with HR
software applications / HR Information systems.
