They need a professional that has great technical depth within this platform so they can work with the business to gather requirements, as well as be able to explain the full functionalities of the IVR. Top Skills: 1. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Engineer (UCCE) 2. Cisco CVP (currently version 11.5 but must have at least 10.5 or higher release) 3. IVR experience 4. Scripting with Java and XML 5. Ability to gather requirements from the business This role starts as a 12+ month contract but as always there is potential for extension based on need or even the ability to go full time with the consulting firm or client. They are upgrading all of the technologies across the organization and doing a Data Center migration so the ability to work with latest and greatest technologies will happen from Day 1.
