*Location : The Woodlands / Spring, TX* *Need locals as there is an in-person interview* Large Oil and Gas company based in The Woodlands / Spring, TX is hiring a Sr. .Net Web Developer for a long-term contract position on their IT applications team. For the first week, travel is required Monday-Friday to Fort Worth, where training and orientation will take place. The pay rate for this contract position is 60-65/hr, based on experience. *Responsibilities:* As a Sr. .Net Web Developer with this large oil and gas company, you will engage in the following duties: · Meet with clients to gather requirements, design, code, test, and implement custom solutions. · Provide support for production applications; often working closely with clients. · Plan, estimate, and execute development efforts. · Work with other developers to establish and implement good developer practices. · Assist/consult with other IT groups on web technologies and best practices. · Adhere to audit controls, separation of duties and maintain secure coding practices. *Required Skills:* · “Full stack” developer who can provide solutions to clients primarily using ASP.NET MVC (C#, Razor, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, and SQL Server). · Familiarity with agile methodologies, source control tools (such as SVN, TFS and GIT) and automated testing. · Ability to learn new technologies quickly. · Familiarity with .NET desktop development (WinForms/WPF) is a plus but not required. · Ability to work both individually and on a team with minimal supervision. · Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide solutions to clients are required. · Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. · Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and logical testing skills are essential. *Thanks * *Anudeep | Anblicks | www.anblicks.com <http://www.anblicks.com>* *14651 Dallas Parkway, Suite 816, Dallas, TX-75254* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
