Migration experience from previous versions is required. Experience with IBM Directory server, ISDS. Clear understanding of ISAM Clustering, HA and DR options and recovery procedures. Experience with IBM Federation is desirable. Microsoft Azure knowledge and experience is a big plus. The person must be able to communicate effectively.
