Job Title: *Customer Reliability Engineer* Location: *Sunnyvale, CA* Duration: *24 Months plus* *Job Description:* • Experience Level : 7 to 10+ Years of hands on experience • Maintenance custom web applications and API's using Java, Play Framework, REST API. • Deep analysis of day to day production issues. • Analysze system health and suggest / implement best practices. • Participate in customer discussions to provide technical details and solutions. • Collaborate with Singapore team and guide them. • Maintain SLA and communication with stakeholders. *Must Have* • Extensive experience in *ReactJS, Redux (UI Tech)* • Extensive experience in *JAVA, Spring Boot & Spring framework* • Experience in supporting distributed application development (Agile) • Deep understanding of *Proxy Servers, Application Protocols & Network stack* • *Creating RESTful web services /API's using Java MVN, & Node.js with or without framework assistance * • Passion about maintaining high-quality systems with software implementation best practices. • Eagerness to learn and work outside your technology comfort zone. • Experience with distributed micro-service design principles, service oriented architectures. *Good to have:* • Experience with designing both relational and non-relational databases and optimizing database structure for performance and/or maintainability and the ability to design and optimize queries. • Experience with source control, work item tracking, and build management with Git (or similar). • Prior support experience If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me ASAP at *510-937-2199* even if we have spoken recently about a different position.
