· C2C Rate: · Visa Status: · Notice Period: · Current Location: *Note: Face to Face interview is must at Chicago IL.* *Essential Functions and Responsibilities:* · Work independently and as a technical team member. · Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers. · Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work. · Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices. · Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements. · Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications. · Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. · Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow. · Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements. *Required Skills & Experience:* · Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Development, configuration and administration experience. · Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc. · Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the group and user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etc. · Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues. · Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships. · ServiceNow Administration Certification. · Strong knowledge of ITIL processes. *Preferred Skills:* · ServiceNow Developer Certification. · Experience with Domain Separation. · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production. · Experience with Performance Analytics. · Experience with Service Portal. · Experience with XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks. · Experience developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. · Experience in ServiceNow implementations. · Active on the ServiceNow Community. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
