We currently have a consultant working in this area. Manager is very selective, he wants a consultant with STEADY work history, at least 3 years on each project, or 6 years with one employer, etc.. Local to Rockville is preferred. Will most likely be very long term contract. Manager likes go getters, good work history and up on latest technologies.
