· Experience working in onsite offshore model.
· Ability to understand business requirements from business users.
· Ability to translate business requirements into design.
· Experience working in agile methodology.
· Proficient in Apex and Visual force.
· Good understanding of Salesforce features that includes custom
objects, standard objects, workflows, approvals, analytics etc..
· Advance developer certification is a plus.
· Must have experience leading a project
