*This position is in the mobile applications and Web development department
on the Commercial Real Estate Division*

*Minimum Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and *working 6 plus years of solid
   experience working in the Information Technology / Information Systems
   - *7 plus years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
   (Requirements, Design, Testing, and Documentation) for Mobile and Web based
   - Strong critical thinking skills, including system and business
   analysis, problem analysis and resolution.  Must be able to understand
   technical concepts of the system environment.
   - Passionate about *mobile applications and solutions.  Strong knowledge
   regarding the mobile landscape across current platforms (iOS, Android) and
   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a customer
   service attitude.
   - *Must be extremely well organized and thorough. The ideal candidate
   sees every problem or issue as a potential opportunity; strive for
   continual process improvement and approach daily tasks with a positive
   attitude and deep desire to elevate the customer experience*.

*Primary Position Duties:*

   - The Business Analyst role will be responsible for supporting a fast
   growing mobile app  and web platform in the client’s technology landscape.
   - This role will gather and own the management of all requirements
   gathering, analysis, evaluation of incoming user requests, including
   effectively documenting and articulating tactical and strategic
   requirements to management, business stakeholders, and developers for the
   purpose of implementing solutions for the business units involved.
   - Interview staff and conduct functional business requirements gathering
   sessions; participate in research in for the identification of solutions to
   meet business needs; analyze user requests for new capabilities, detail
   enhancements to existing systems, manage JIRA backlog and troubleshoot new
   errors as found by the team and user community.
   - Coordinate internal system release testing and User Acceptance Testing
   (UAT) to facilitate effective and organized issue resolution.  This
   includes training of UAT team on the application and/or process change, and
   management of all phases of testing for the team’s supported applications.
   - Produce process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, business
   requirements, gap analysis, report specifications and other documentation
   as required for project analysis, planning and design.
   - Design test plans, including definition of test cases and the creation
   of detailed solution test scripts for various devices and platforms.  Work
   with other teams and vendors to explore methods for automation of testing.
   - Work with the training department to develop training plans and quick
   reference guides to support system implementation. Perform ad-hoc user
   training when necessary.
   - Support the deployment, rollout post go live efforts related to the
   apps and web.
   - Keep a high level of communication with management on daily activities
   and escalate issues to management in an efficient and constructive fashion.
   - Assist the PM in facilitating meetings, scrums and reporting status.

*Special Experience Desired*:

   - Special consideration given to *candidates that have worked in the
   real estate industry (commercial, office, retail or multi-family property
   management or construction)*
   - Experience working with *Adobe Experience Manager, Mobile App  or
   Content Management Platforms is plus*
   - *Prior experience working in creative design projects and keen eye for
   UX is nice to have*
   - Working knowledge of *JIRA for backlog management is desirable*
