*Contract: 6 Months +* The must haves: Product owner with multiple years of experience in CUSTOMER FACING (not internal) mobile apps. Gamification of mobile apps and/or websites (or making websites/apps more immersive and interactive for the customer). *Overall Role Description:* Client’s is partnering with one of our ABOs to bring a gamified website that he has built to the next level by enhancing it to include new features, provide deeper analytical measurement, make it a mobile app, and bring it to other markets around the world. This role will be responsible for working with the agile delivery team to ensure that user stories are clear and understood, ensure development meets the intended design, build out analytics that prove the platform's value, and ensure high quality in all deliverables. *Role Description:* Document user journeys and refine personas as it relates to the platform Understand & document the business need (user stories) for enhanced capabilities delivered via responsive website and mobile app Participate in all SCRUM meetings - sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc with team Conduct user acceptance testing of features Prioritization of development activities, bug fixes, etc for delivery teams Ensure adherence to corporate UI/UX standards throughout design and development process Provide input to monthly status report Lead effort to measure success of the tool - defining KPIs, building dashboards/reports, measuring on a regular basis Lead demos of new enhancements for customers (internal and external) *Skills/Experience* Experience leading digital, innovative, gamified experience projects as product owner Experience with development projects for responsive websites and native mobile application - Kony MADP experience is ideal, not required Strong user experience mindset Global experience - working with cross functional, global teams Experience leading agile delivery teams *Overall role description* In partnership with the "Grow My Business" product owner team and market subject matter experts, this role will lead the development of native mobile application capabilities that are focused on allowing our ABOs to manage their business more effectively. Client’s is working on a strategy to improve our digital experience in the website and mobile application channels, and this person will be responsible for leading that effort as it relates to "business management" tools on mobile apps. The tools will be developed/coordinated from a corporate perspective, but end implementation will be via in-market mobile applications.
