I am developing a simple application to parse the xml content but while parsing the xml data i am getting some attribute values like Español" België (nl) How to get the original values by avoid these symbols currently i am using <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> at the top of the xml file is it correct or i need to do more ???
