What is a network tickle? And how to I go about sending one to my application?
I have found the documentation references for android.content.Intent: NETWORK_TICKLE_RECEIVED_ACTION | Broadcast Action: A new network "tickle" notification has been received by the device. but that doesn't tell me very much.
