*Duration : 12+ months* *Responsibilities:* Develop to-be process flow and future business requirements for Ariba collaborative sourcing module (preferably SaaS) including (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Information and Performance management) Develop business requirements for Ariba Procure 2 Order (preferably SaaS) module Lead sessions with the business workstream leads to develop a baseline of the as-is process Develop test plans (and test scenarios/cases) based of documented & approved requirements Analyze for process inefficiencies in the as-is process Work with the Supply chain business team to obtain sign-off on the documented requirements Coordinate Ariba configuration & development tasks to include design, integration, configuration and development Performs component and functional testing and supports User Acceptance testing Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution Manage and document system configurations Support the organizational change management items Work with Fluor's Supply Chain teams to ensure Ariba configuration is in compliance with Fluor's Policies, Standards and Business Processes Build reports in Ariba Understands integration options with Ariba *Background & Experience:* 5+ years of experience in a systems engineer/business analyst role Candidate should be available to travel to client location.
