As a Clients Solutions Dynamics Consultant you will be responsible for
participating at all phases of the project life cycle including: analyzing,
designing, modeling, testing and deploying suitable and appropriate
solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual,
who can work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines.


Successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business,
Computer Science or a related discipline

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience with full life-cycle implementation of
Dynamics AX Finance (up to version AX 7), and D365 experience a plus.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles,
practices and methodologies

Experience and strong working knowledge across Financial suite of
applications for AX or D365 Finance with specialties in modules of GL, AP,

Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating business process and recommending

Prior experience implementing Financial modules with Dynamics AX Understand
how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating new techniques and utilizing the key

Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Prepared for domestic travel as required this could include within Canada
and/or the United States up to 50% Key Responsibilities

Working with customers to implement Microsoft Dynamics 0365

Responsible for providing business and application consultancy to clients
throughout the implementation process

Carrying out prototyping plans, procedure documentation and communicating
with the project manager

Defining D365 enhancement requirements for reports and business
processes/forms etc., that a developer can use for D365 enhancements

Providing general guidance, and preparation reference material for end
users Preparing pre-design documentation and offering holistic solutions
with requirements and recommendations

Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy

Identifying opportunities to improve the utilization of the solution
tightening the interfaces and enhancing the acceptance of Dynamics D365

Responsibility to coach the end users on efficient use of the solution and
provide �tips and tricks�� Communicating issues and project tasks
with appropriate personnel

Using provided methodologies to deliver successful projects

Conducting Microsoft Education classes for on the Financial modules (GL,
AP, AR, FA) to our clients

Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks by maintaining a project

*Job Description*:

As a Clients Solutions ERP Business HCM Lead Consultant you will be
responsible for participating in all phases of the project life cycle and
demonstrating business process expertise for the named business
function(s). In partnership with the client Business Owners, this role will
lead design of new Core Human Resources capabilities in D365 for Core Human
Capital Management, Payroll, and Base Benefits leveraging industry best
practice processes and ERP system capabilities needed to optimize business
results. This includes understanding of existing business processes,
defining requirements for continued optimization and future changes,
evaluating gaps and working with ERP consultants to find solutions.


Minimum of Bachelor's degree with business, computer science, information
systems, business analysis or equivalent experience

Deep knowledge of one or more of the following business functions,
including typical automation requirements and interactions across other
business processes and functional areas: Core HR, Payroll, Base Benefits

5+ Years demonstrated experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Including 4+ of them AX2012. D365 is a plus.

At least 2 full life cycle projects experience in this role

Demonstrated experience in process analysis and mapping of assigned process

Demonstrated success in working as part of a global team

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead and facilitate the definition and implementation of an optimal end to
end process, data and KPIs leveraging industry best practices and ERP
systems solution for the specified process area.

Provide functional expertise and guide solution design to ensure successful
and planned business outcomes.

Conduct workshops and work with client Business Function Leads and/or
representatives from other areas to ensure seamless integration with their

Collaborates with other functional team members to develop common / global
processes where possible, while ensuring regional and local needs are also

Identify software gaps, evaluate and provides alternative solution and
recommendations and works with business owners and team members to
determine satisfactory approach.

Lead and facilitate the delivery of Project Deliverables required to ensure
an effectively functioning ERP system.

Lead development, review and approval of requirements for the ERP system.
Lead development, review and approval of reporting, KPIs, and analytics.

Participates in development of requirements for legacy ERP conversion to
the new system, including data mapping. Working closely with the data team
to ensure that requirements are met.

Supports data quality/cleansing efforts.

Participates in the analysis and design of any necessary modification;
works closely with development team members on development, testing and
implementation of the necessary modification.

Leads requirements documentation, development of testing plans and
scenarios, test execution and results tracking. Ensuring that all aspects
of system functions are fully tested through all phases.

Participates in the development and documentation of security requirements
for all users.

Assist with ensuring business units are ready for ERP systems migrations.
� Leads training requirements definition, authoring and testing.

Works with the Change Management team and functional team members to
develop comprehensive change management plan including user documentation.

Work in collaboration with business owners and leaders to provide ongoing
review and support of ERP processes to ensure business units maintain and
improve use of the delivered business solution. � Conduct post
implementation audits

Continue to identify optimization opportunities for processes and systems

Provide support for assessment and requirements for business requested

Keep current with knowledge and expertise critical for success; attend
training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to increase
related knowledge and other applicable skills (e.g. documentation, test
case development, change management, communication or leadership).
Candidates /Consultants must have 5 - 7 years of experience. Excellent
communication as they will engage with the client, manage their
expectations, and deliver. Prior consulting background is a plus.
