*Duration : 9+months* *Interview : Phone and f2f* This is not accessible by train or bus, must have a car. *Title: *Technical Project Manager * Important Skills * *Technical – *Project management, agile environment, SDLC *Soft – *works well in a small team with little training and offsite QA resources, problem solver and can work in a fast paced environment Ø *-managing multiple small to medium projects at once* Ø *-project teams are in metrics* Ø *-their PM’s also do some BA work so any PM’s with a BA background is helpful* Ø *-this person is helping to support the software QA project explained in the other req as well as ongoing software development related projects * *Day to Day* § Manage software development and business process analysis projects involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or service. § Develop and maintain project charters, detailed work plans, schedules and risk registers appropriate for the scope and complexity of each project § Track the cross functional team in the execution of the project. Provide positive leadership toward the successful delivery with a focus on cost, schedule, scope, quality and communication § Coordinate efforts of all cross functional team members. Establish and maintain a highly cooperative environment and foster collaboration across all areas § Communicate status for assigned projects through written status reports and other communications as needed to various stakeholders § Perform project risk assessment and implement risk mitigation plans § Maintain project artifacts throughout the project § Document high level business requirements for projects as needed *Must Haves:* § Five or more years of progressively responsible project management experience, including experience with business process analysis and workflow re-engineering § Bachelor's degree required. § Advanced knowledge of project management principles, tools, including MS Project, MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and requirements analysis. § Proven ability to manage complex large scale projects under significant constraints § Understanding of software development life cycle and experience in managing software projects § Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly assess unclear or complex situations and reduce into clear direction for the team § Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment § Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization and with technical and non-technical staff.
