*Job Description: *

·         Business analyst to join their process & Systems Operations
team.

·         This position will be part of the Process & Systems Operations
team, with a primary focus on interfacing with ITS and the medical teams to
optimize the use and functionality of their Medical Veeva CRM system.

·         You will engage closely with the field team Operations Directors
and MSLs (end users) and will be responsible for collecting and clarifying
all requests for fixes and changes. Enhancement request processing will
include collection, management and prioritization of requests, gaining
consensus across therapeutic areas, representation of requests to the
broader Process & Systems Ops team, facilitation with the NAAMS team,
ensuring adequate UAT, and ensuring that resultant changes meet the
business need once implemented.

·         Work directly with the support teams to bring open Help Desk
issues to a resolution through triage and follow up monitoring of
resolution.

·         This position also works with their team to ensure that all CRM
related processes are scalable, efficient and documented (in SOPS or other
guidance documents).  They will develop and maintain process flows,
guidance documents, intake forms and trackers.

·         This position will work cross-functionally as a liaison between
Commercial, Compliance, ITS, Field-based Medical, and Medical Operations.
In addition, they will collaborate with vendors and ITS to prioritize,
launch and implement new tools and system enhancements.

·         This position will also support the MMC team with system requests
and updates to the Symphony Veeva version.

·         This position will support Veeva training by liaising with the
vendor to update training materials, ensuring that materials are accessible
in iLearn (LMS) or Sharepoint as appropriate, and by assisting with
in-person, webinar, and other training sessions.

·         The Successful candidate will have the ability to:

·         Engage with the business and end user field teams to understand
pain points and solution issues in conjunction with the ITS administrators
and business partners.

·         Clearly document change requests and user requirements, including
business need, feasibility, level of effort, and impact on systems and
business processes.

·         Thrive in a complex, fast -paced environment.

·         Communicate well and understand when appropriate to escalate
issues.

·         Manage timelines and tasks to meet project milestones and goals

·         Develop written communications; coordinate dissemination of email
communications.

·         Analyze and document existing business processes; recommend
process improvements.

*Skills*

·          Experience with the implementation and support of business
systems

·         CRM/ Salesforce.com administrator experience

·         Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills

·         Experience developing, leading and performing application test
plans (UAT)

·         Excellent oral & written communication Skills

·         Project management experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited institution

·         3-6 years Biotech/Pharma industry experience or other relevant
job experience

·         project management
