*Kronos BSA Job Description - TVC*

As Business Systems Analyst, you will play a major role in developing, 
deploying and supporting Google’s internal business applications and system 
integrations. You will be a Kronos Systems Analyst, tasked with solving 
various problems over time. When the situation calls for it, you’ll be part 
of a team that implements Kronos for new time tracking compliance needs, 
configure Kronos, customize it, and design  integrations with other 
internal systems. Other times, you’ll be primarily tasked with creating 
custom-built software.

 

*Responsibilities:* 

   - Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations for 
   Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling 
   - Project manage multiple Kronos implementations at once, analyze 
   business requirements, create solution designs, perform Kronos 
   configurations for employee access, pay policy, accruals, holidays, 
   notifications etc. 
   - Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement solutions 
   that improve internal business processes. 
   - Work closely with application engineers to manage ongoing projects and 
   translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, create 
   detailed functional design, perform systems configurations and develop test 
   cases and test plans. 
   - Design internal solutions, with custom front-ends (web, mobile) and 
   back-end services that automate business processes. 
   - Transfer knowledge of the solution to a support team and Google 
   development team 

*Minimum Qualifications:* 

   - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or 
   equivalent practical experience. 
   - 5 years of hands-on experience as Kronos Systems Analyst involved in 
   development and testing of end to end time tracking solutions.   
   - Very strong Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills to 
   seek inputs on prioritization, present frequent status updates and manage 
   overall progress in a fast paced and ever changing work environment. 
   - Experience implementing, configuring, customizing and integrating 
   internal systems and 3rd party solutions. 
   - Experience designing internal business applications including 
   front-end and backend

*Position 2: Web / Mobile Senior Test Engineer *

We have a new TP requirement for NYC location. Could you please source

*Role*: Web / Mobile Senior Test Engineer

*Experience Level:* 5-8 years

*Skill set:*


   - Must have strong QA fundamentals with experience in functional 
   testing,regression testing and exploratory testing 
   - Experience in testing complex enterprise web applications with 
   multiple upstream and downstream integrations
   - Designs test cases to achieve test requirements that encompass the 
   full spectrum of testing. 
   - Experience writing Test cases & Test plans
   - Executes manual test scripts to ensure proper functioning of the 
   application under test.
   - Analyzes, reviews, and validates test data. 
   - Prepares and publishes test reports. 
   - Conducts research in test technologies to improve efficiency and 
   capability. 
   - Interfaces with other members of project or program teams, management, 
   and technical staff to define and implement test requirements. 
   - Extensive testing and troubleshooting experience on mobile platforms - 
   iOS and Android devices
   - Hands on experience with Android  and iOS SDK (at least ADB, Xcode 
   tools).
   - Must have experience in using Unix/Linux system and knowledge of shell 
   commands.
   - Knowledge of HTML and ability to review code to understand basic 
   issues.
   - Proven analytical skills to determine the root cause of issues.
   - Accessibility testing experience is a plus.
   - Ability to read and understand Java code is a plus.
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate 
   well across the entire organization
   - Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and execute with little supervision

*Position 3: Accessibility Test Lead *

Role:* Accessibility Test Lead*

Relevant experience: *5-6 years*

Overall experience: *8-10 years*

Location/Positions: *San Jose /CA* 

   - 3+ years of experience Leading accessibility testing and validation 
   efforts and working closely with multiple Development and Product 
   Management teams 
   - Experience with working in multiple projects, effort estimation and 
   capacity planning 
   - Provide ongoing technical direction and mentoring to QA teams and 
   resource 
   - Experience in working with Product Owners and Development Leads to 
   triage bugs and manage the bug backlog. 
   - Lead the QA Teams to formulate, communicate and ensure adoption of 
   Accessibility best practices 
   - Works with concerned stakeholders to define and assign tasks, 
   establish and maintain task/project schedules, and maintain liaison between 
   appropriate project team members to ensure clear and effective 
   communication and coordination of all project delivery efforts 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in Accessibility testing of Enterprise Web 
   applications 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in validating web application for WCAG 2.0 
   Level A, AA and AAA compliance 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in working with assistive technology for 
   accessibility testing (e.g. JAWS, NVDA,
   -  VoiceOver (OSX & iOS), and Android Talkback) 
   - Strong understanding of global  accessibility laws and standards such 
   as WCAG 2.0, Section 508, ADA 
   - Experience in testing Mobile apps for accessibility is a plus 
   - Experience in creating test strategy and test plans 
   - Experience in creating documents and writing good bug reports 
   - Knowledge of correct use and limitations of WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich 
   Internet Applications) in web application development 
   - Understanding of compatibility with various platforms and limitations 
   of use 
   - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and iOS/Android development best 
   practices (Does not need to be a developer but should be able to research 
   and recommend solutions in these various technologies in collaboration with 
   developers) 
   - Thorough, methodical, and creative with extreme attention to detail 
   - Expert at time management and able to work with minimal supervision 
   - Experience providing accessibility strategy consulting to teams and 
   understanding of the different roles and responsibilities across the 
   disciplines of software development 
   - Passion for improving web applications for disabled users 
   - Empathy for people with disabilities and an understanding of the 
   different perspectives and needs of people 
   - Talent for building relationships and trust within teams who have been 
   resistant to accessibility in the past is a plus 
   - Experience working directly with people and communities of consumers 
   with disabilities is a plus
