Job Description:

*Technical Project Manager (TPM)*

Required – Technical

       Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing network implementation 
projects

       Background in the financial services industry

       Aptitude for chairing productive objective-oriented meetings, with 
clearly documented key points & actions

       Aptitude for managing technical staff in a dynamic matrix working 
environment

       Aptitude for managing demanding clients, and managing/resolving 
conflicts

       Able to work weekends, and to attend global meetings outside of 
traditional US working hours

Required – Project Management

       Understanding of L2 frame & L3 packet concepts

       Understanding of TCP/IP addressing & behaviour and the OSI Model

       Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), ip multicast, 
quality-of-service, spanning-tree

     Familiarity with Arista and Cisco Nexus platforms

     Understanding of PMI project methodologies and proficient in MS 
Project.

 

 

*Network Deployment Engineer (DE)*

       Minimum of 5 years’ experience hands on deployment of complex data 
networks.

       Hands on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus & Arista 
platforms

       Strong knowledge of L2 & L3 packet & frame protocols

       Strong knowledge of OSPF & BGP, and general knowledge of industry 
standard routing protocols

       Strong hands on experience configuring & troubleshooting multicast

       Understanding of TCP/IP addressing, behavior and the OSI Model

       Background in the financial services industry preferred

       Experience building and deploying Enterprise networks including 
Core, Man, Wan, Extranet and Browsing / E-Commerce services.

       Experience with firewalls, load balancers and proxy servers

*Position 3: Accessibility Test Lead *

Role:* Accessibility Test Lead*

Relevant experience: *5-6 years*

Overall experience: *8-10 years*

Location/Positions: *San Jose /CA* 

   - 3+ years of experience Leading accessibility testing and validation 
   efforts and working closely with multiple Development and Product 
   Management teams 
   - Experience with working in multiple projects, effort estimation and 
   capacity planning 
   - Provide ongoing technical direction and mentoring to QA teams and 
   resource 
   - Experience in working with Product Owners and Development Leads to 
   triage bugs and manage the bug backlog. 
   - Lead the QA Teams to formulate, communicate and ensure adoption of 
   Accessibility best practices 
   - Works with concerned stakeholders to define and assign tasks, 
   establish and maintain task/project schedules, and maintain liaison between 
   appropriate project team members to ensure clear and effective 
   communication and coordination of all project delivery efforts 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in Accessibility testing of Enterprise Web 
   applications 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in validating web application for WCAG 2.0 
   Level A, AA and AAA compliance 
   - 5 to 6 years of experience in working with assistive technology for 
   accessibility testing (e.g. JAWS, NVDA,
   -  VoiceOver (OSX & iOS), and Android Talkback) 
   - Strong understanding of global  accessibility laws and standards such 
   as WCAG 2.0, Section 508, ADA 
   - Experience in testing Mobile apps for accessibility is a plus 
   - Experience in creating test strategy and test plans 
   - Experience in creating documents and writing good bug reports 
   - Knowledge of correct use and limitations of WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich 
   Internet Applications) in web application development 
   - Understanding of compatibility with various platforms and limitations 
   of use 
   - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and iOS/Android development best 
   practices (Does not need to be a developer but should be able to research 
   and recommend solutions in these various technologies in collaboration with 
   developers) 
   - Thorough, methodical, and creative with extreme attention to detail 
   - Expert at time management and able to work with minimal supervision 
   - Experience providing accessibility strategy consulting to teams and 
   understanding of the different roles and responsibilities across the 
   disciplines of software development 
   - Passion for improving web applications for disabled users 
   - Empathy for people with disabilities and an understanding of the 
   different perspectives and needs of people 
   - Talent for building relationships and trust within teams who have been 
   resistant to accessibility in the past is a plus 
   - Experience working directly with people and communities of consumers 
   with disabilities is a plus
