*Location*: Norfolk, VA *Duration*: Contract · Review application requirements with business personnel, perform analysis and technical feasibility study of the requirements. · Design and build application based on use cases provided by business team using Pega PRPC Technology and Java, SQL, XML following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practice. · Create class structure and application hierarchy. · Work with Pega Rules such as Activities, Case Types, Process Flows, Screen Flows, Data Pages, Correspondence, and Agents to build solutions. · Integrate Pega PRPC with SQL server to store the data from the application. · Use PRPC tools like System Management Application (SMA), tracer, clipboard, Pega Log Analyzer (PLA) and rules inspector to debug and troubleshoot issues in the application. · Use import/export tool, Connector Wizard, Database Wizard to build the application in Pega PRPC. · Integrate with other applications within or outside the organization by sending or receiving data using SOAP, REST, File and JMS listeners. · Build complex UI using Pega rules, HTML, JavaScript and styling using CSS. · Use Pega tools - Autonomic Event Services (AES), Performance Analyzer (PAL), and Performance Profiler to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues. · Use tools like Swagger, SOAP UI as part of integrating with other applications. · Use Jira, Confluence to access user stories and change requests. · Use tools SQL Server Management Studio to connect to database and view data. · Perform Peer reviews and mentor the team as necessary. · Perform Dev and Unit testing to make the code production ready without any hindrances.
