*Business Analyst with LMS FORT MYERS, FL 12+ Months Contract* *Phone + Skype* *Any Visa* *Qualifications:* *Job Description* *The Business Analyst will be responsible for the functional and technical analysis, implementation, customization and support of Learning Management System (LMS).*This role will have significant accountability for ensuring effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, and testing. This will require constant collaboration with the customer, Learning Teams, Technology Teams and vendor partners. The Analyst will maintain a focus of user-centric design and responsive end-user support. After implementation the Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of the LMS. Project management skills and basic understanding of adult learning principles are essential to this role. Experience in Life Sciences and Medical Device Manufacturing industry is preferred. *Responsibilities* • Expert ability to translate business needs and problems into solutions.
