Pharma industry exp is plus Job Summary: The Sr. SAP Business Analyst is the primary liaison between their respective functional areas and the Information Technology department. This role is the main conduit that translates business processes/requirements into system functionality. This position supports their functional areas by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and proposing, designing and implementing solutions often of a very complex nature. This position will often be called upon to design non-standard solutions to accommodate requirements that aren’t addressed by standard SAP functionality. Responsibilities * Main liaison to business functional areas – Partnering with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, prioritizing efforts, recommending changes / innovations, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for their area of expertise. * System Design – Documenting requirements and developing solutions using standard or custom SAP functionality. Recommending alternatives when multiple options are available. * Developing Solutions – Performing SAP System Configuration, writing functional requirements for custom development, performing appropriate system tests (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing), writing system/user documentation, and training end users on functionality. * Production Support – Troubleshooting system issues, analyzing processes, recommending course of action. * Coaching/Mentoring/Training – Power user training and coaching, mentoring of other SAP Business Analysts. * Business/Process Knowledge – Develop understanding of core functional areas. * Project Management – Planning, support business case analysis, organize priorities. * Compliance – Ensures company, departmental and governmental standards are followed at all times. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business processes and/or computer technology; Corresponding work experience will be considered. * In-depth functional and configuration expertise in SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) module. * Experience with SAP modules MM & PP a plus. * 8+ years of IT related experience with specified SAP module, or 5+ years of equal experience if combined with a master’s degree. * Experience with SAP Release ECC 6.0. * Has participated in two or more full life cycle SAP implementations. * Pharmaceutical experience or working in a validated environment a plus. * Able to accommodate minor business travel, both domestically and internationally (less than 25%). Title: Web Development (ASP, .NET) Data Visualization Consultant Location: Worcester, Massachusetts Duration: 12 Months+ Locals only (PS and onsite interviews) Description: this role is a Data Visualization Consultant Role Summary: Lead data visualization efforts by creating compelling, clear, and powerful visualizations of data in Pharmaceutical Clients’ standard platforms. Responsibilities & Essential Functions include: • Work within the Digital Systems team and build innovative and powerful visualizations of process and business operations data. • Interact with stakeholders such as Business Excellence, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to define user needs and help with the creation of creative data visualization to provide the best user experience possible. • Prototype and develop new ideas and participate in all parts of the product lifecycle from research to release. • Support migration of homegrown data visualization applications to enterprise standard platforms. Position Requirements: • 3+ years of experience working in an analytical environment, including demonstrable data, analytics, reporting, visualization and problem-solving skills. • 2+ years of experience working with ASP, .NET, Javascript, D3.js, Highcharts, FullCalendar, and other visualization enabling applications. • Experience working with very large datasets. • Experience working with applications such as Spotfire, Qlik, Tableu, etc. is preferred. • Experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep understanding of processes and key data. • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to concisely communicate in a way that provides context, offers insights, and minimizes misinterpretation.
