Pay Rate :48.00 C2C Client Company :Change HealthCare TN Location: Nashville or Dallas *Job Description :* Implementation team for Server Builds Looking for a day to day intake for server builds/one offs Majority of team would be on projects, this resource would take on more mundane/day to day tasks Team size: 3 total 4 with this position Volume comes in waves: requests each week “migration of duties” – server build request Work with infrastructure team to get IP addresses Templates are put in place for their standards already – Understand deploying the system, work with system software, nothing Paperwork: software management database, hand-off Environment size: not concerned about operations team for environments (ops team takes care of support) Technologies: Linux and AIX (plus) Implementation team specifically Linux Administrator – more senior level, the better. Focus on Server Builds – Linux specifically (VM’s mostly). Hardware build background is preferred (mostly Dell, otherwise AIX is IBM materials) – don’t need to be a SME *Top 3:* Linux Admin Implementation Server Build Experience VMware Experience *Plus:* AIX Title: Linux Engineer I Length: 18 month contract Jr. Linux Engineer long term contract opportunity to join on of our client’s Linux Engineering team. This team is responsible for all build and deployment work. This resource’s primary responsibility will be handling requests to build and deploy Linux servers in a VMware environment. *Primary Skill Needed:* 1. 2+ years of experience building and deploying Linux Servers 2. Experience working with VMware and deploying Linux Servers in a VMware environment 3. The ability to troubleshoot server builds and deployments.
