We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Title: UX / UI Analyst (DYES00006065) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 12 months+ Locals Preferred: Description: This individual will be responsible for User Experience (UX) that is being driven by data, AI, and cognitive computing. He/ she will understand and implement data-driven visualization across Client's operations organization. As a user-experience (UX) designer the individual should be able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, through interviews and surveys, and translating them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Responsibilities include: . Conduct/Participate in workshops to create user stories, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas . Collaborate with business, and IT organizations to define and implement solutions for the product direction . Establish and enforce design guidelines, best practices and standards . Work cross functionally with development, sales and client strategy to present designs throughout product design lifecycle . Tests usability of systems to evaluate how real users use the system and measure of how fast a user can perform given tasks to test the efficiency and intuitiveness of the system. . Write communications documents, training documents, user requirements and functional specifications to detail features that need to be included in the product to meet the users' expectations. Qualifications: . 2 - 3 years of experience in Mobile, Web and Data Apps UX/UI design . Experience with UX strategy, UX methodologies and best practices . Mandatory experience in Marvel, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools . Preferred experience with design concept tools (InVision app, Axure, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) . Create design deliverables such as specifications, user flows, process flows, wireframes, blueprints, mockups, and prototypes . Ability to communicate design ideas cross-functionally . Experience working with offshore and onshore resources . Experience in Agile development environment . Education minimum Bachelor's Degree required Sr. Principal Engineer (DYESFK0004168) Location: Lake Zurich, Illinois Duration: 6 Months Locals Preferred Primary Responcebility Defining architecture for data acquisition, data management, electronic health information, and data analysis software systems for medical devices with considerations for good IT and cybersecurity practices. Collaborates with Research and Development staff to identify solutions for, and resolve issues with, product software. Conducts feasibility of proposed designs to determine their ability to function as intended in the customer enviroment. Asseses proposed designs agains industry best practices for enterprise IT systems. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, for both internal and external customers, throughout all phases of software product development. Operates within defined processes and procedures to identify necessary activities and determine appropriate actions. Consults with senior software engineering staff on non-routine or complex projects and assignments. Other duties as defined by Sr. Manager, Software Engineering or delegate. Required Skills: * 5-7 years of experience designing and developing data acquisition and data management scalable enterprise IT solutions. * Experience with remotely troubleshooting deployment and network problems in customer environment. * Experience with cloud deployment and virtualization of enterprise IT solutions. * Experience in Windows network/Active Directory administration preferred. * Familiarity with Cybersecurity best practices. CompTIA Security+ certification preferred. * Proficiency in IIS Web Services and Windows Services. * Experience with all phases of the software development life-cycle methodology in Agile environment. * Knowledgeable in integrated development environments and software development applications. * Experience with electronic information systems software development in a regulated environment is a plus. * Experience developing software with Microsoft Visual Studio C#, Microsoft .NET Frameworks, Microsoft SQL Server is a plus. * Experience with JSON, XML, XSD, HTML, JavaScript is a plus. * Experience with Visual Studio 2017 preferred. * Ability to work independently and as a part of a large team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Bachelors degree required Title: Java with NiFi flows / MarkLogic Developer Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 8-12 Months+ Locals Preferred Description: The developer will work in coordination with the internal development team. The project is on building out the enterprise search/knowledge management platform that underlays various internal applications. We are looking for a strong developer that can code in Java, Typescript/Javascript. They should have strengths either in developing NiFi flows, or in MarkLogic development. Optionally experience with Ratpack or Micronaut frameworks is desired. . Position Title: Developer . Length of Contract: March 31st but can extend .
