Please send your responses to [email protected] with your candidate resume and contact details. *Role: *AppDynamics Consultant *Location*: Hoboken, NJ *Duration: *Long Term Contract *Job Description:* · Deep knowledge on AppDynamics solutions – Business transactions monitoring, Browser RUM, Business IQ & Browser Synthetic monitoring · Expertise in agent installation, troubleshooting and monitoring applications using AppDynamics. · Have a deep understanding of AppDynamics architecture and interaction between AppDynamics application server and database. · Expertise in analyzing transaction snapshots, configuration of alerts with critical and warning conditions · Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting and monitoring using AppDynamics and experience on integrating AppDynamics with ITSM tools · Creating AppDynamics dashboards and custom reports (either in the client or using Web Dashboards or both) · Creation of health rules, alerts to notify for transaction performance, error events, CPU, RAM issues. · Build deep technical expertise on the AppDynamics product and the application stacks and use those skills to address business and technical issues as needed · Train users on best practices and AppDynamics' features to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed · Function as a front-line technical resource for 'best practice' and informal questions · Ensure and document full deployment of AppDynamics product in customer environment · Experience with deployment methodologies (chef, puppet) Ability to customize RPMs, knowledge of Windows management tools. · Must understand the OSI stack · Working with a wide variety of platforms and application stacks.
