Desired candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills. In addition, this individual will be expected to perform at an extremely high level with little learning curve and must thrive under pressure while enjoying working in a collaborative team environment. *Key Requirements:* · 10+ years of professional Oracle DBA support for installations on Oracle database versions 11g/12c and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study · 5 years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 or 12.2 · Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware · Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c (min) · Working knowledge of SQL Server database environments (2012 or higher) · Excellent professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills · 3+ years’ team leadership experience, including management of geographically dispersed team members · Capable of ensuring the Database team is appropriately resourced and managed to satisfy all customer support requirements · Able to provide leadership to peers, management, and customers in relation to data engineering principles, technologies, methods and best practices across a broad spectrum of data engineering disciplines · Be able to provide all levels of application database support including off-hours on a rotating basis · Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with customers, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate.
