Role: Devops Developer
Location: Irvine, California
Duration: 12 months
Contract: C2C
Job Description
· A minimum of 7 years of development experience
· Migrating proprietary database code (triggers, functions, stored
procedures) between different RDBMS implementations (DB2 -> MySQL preferred)
· DevOps and operational support of an RDS database (Aurora
preferred)
· Operational support of the Database Migration Service from AWS
· Performance tuning of an RDS database (Aurora preferred)
· Database scripting for backup and recovery (RDS preferred)
· Experience with Liquibase and/or Flyway preferred
· Working with Application teams on test automation skills and unit
testing
· Strong agile soft skills with exposure to java (This is not a gap
for us but this would be extremely helpful)
· SQL & XML
· Business Objects
· Power Designer or Oracle Designer
· Experience working in an Agile Team
· Safe or Scrum Certified preferred
