Heidi believes this is something that can be learned. A lot of the test scripts are complex and can’t be automated - Agile Experience, the FDR would like to move to a more agile work stream but are currently using Waterfall. - Healthcare Insurance Background - Experience with RQM ( IBMs test management tool) which is automated - ETL Experience *Project :* The FDR (Financial Data Repository) in currently in the process of building difference data layers to store both finical, member and plan data. A lot of the data is encrypted and because of regulatory reasons cannot be worked on by the Offshore Team so Heidi needs to bring on some US Based Onshore Testers. She needs someone to understand the developing work stream triage defects and work with the business users.
