   - Local (MD/DC/VA) candidate
   - PMP certification required.
   - Experience managing complex software development and infrastructure
   related projects – preferably within the Rail domain.
   - Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills,
   exceptional attention to details and the ability to present confidently to
   a variety of stakeholders including Senior and Executive leadership.
   - Must have strong hands-on project management skills based on PMI best
   practices and familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall software
   development life cycles.
   - Position requires expertise creating and maintaining project plans in
   MS Project, budgeting and forecasting, monitoring and controlling (scope,
   schedule, budget, risks & issues), vendor management, weekly project and
   monthly executive-level status reporting.
   - Requires expertise w/ industry best practices and service delivery
   frameworks (e.g., PMI, ITIL, ISO9000, CMMI).
   - Must be capable of driving projects from Pre-Initiation through
   Closing with minimal guidance, including quality gate reviews and requisite
   artifacts to demonstrate readiness to progress from one project phase to
   another.
   - Facilitate meetings with project team members to automate, upgrade,
   and/or expand applications supporting business operations of assigned work
   unit(s).
   - Provide project-level supporting artifacts such as PowerPoint decks,
   Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions (RAID) reports, budget snapshots and
   resource time tracking.
