Looking for *HCM/Fusion Benefits/Functional Consultant* *Job: HCM/Fusion Benefits/Functional Consultant ( Lead )* Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 6+ months ( Extendable ) Start Date: Oct 7th, 2019 *Visa: No H1B ( Rest all will be acceptable )* *Functional Benefits Lead* What we are looking for a Senior Consultant with Cloud implementation experience in Benefits. They will be joining an active project; Client is in the final stages of End to End testing. *The successful resource will be able to*: - Quickly come up to speed on current configurations and completed testing scenarios. - Be able to review and resolve defects logged during the testing cycle - Trouble shoot new testing defects encountered and resolve - Work with the business team to prepare weekly status reports - Work with the business and IT teams to prepare functional design specifications for reports (as needed) - Work with the business team to support the benefit interface testing. Work with the business team and the vendor to review files (inbound and outbound) - Support the business team with vendor conversion files during upload validations - Work with the business to provide input to the training team on training materials and job aids - Provide guidance to the business team on understanding configurations - Quickly come up to speed on the design and build of the Compensation plans and the Compensation Statement (complexities include multiple fast formulas) - Provide guidance to the client on best practices and usage of the system. - Will work with the business owners (SMEs) -- business teams consist of analysts to Director level.
