This is typically an introvert role but needs someone who can "command the room", have good people skills, mfg exp in sales and mktg, 7 years exp, knows about territory planning, Needs someone w/ expertise in broader analytics - I need someone with Tableau and SQL skills in addition to SF. Experience using tableau and tableau canvas connecting tableau and SF; 3. Experience using SQL to connect SF data and Sales Data. *Responsibilities*: · Enablement Tool & Technology to Improve CRM Analytics Capability · Project Management: · Creating reports and dashboards in CRM to track performance and provide insights for improvement · Leading special projects chartered by Salesforce COE leadership to advance CRM analytics capabilities using new functionality such as Einstein Analytics · For new reports/new objects, working with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, evaluate the business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
