Healthcare experience required. *Position: Healthcare PM* Duration: 6+ month *Interview: F2F interview* *Visa: GC/USC/H4EAD/TN* *Client: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts* The Health Safety Net Office administers a fund that pays Massachusetts acute hospitals and community health centers for care provided to low income uninsured and underinsured Massachusetts residents. The HSN IT Project Manager will join the EOHHS IT Team in leading the management and development of the Health Safety Net system. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the Information Technology Team that is responsible for the systems, operations, and maintenance for the Health Safety Net Application. This position plays an important role in ensuring that the HSN Application provides HSN payments for care provided and that HSN patients are able to access services. *DUTIES: * • Working with IT and business stakeholders to develop a roadmap for the HSN application with detailed milestones and activities. • Developing and implementing a systems project plan and reporting status and risks on a weekly basis to application stake holders. • Collaborating with EOHHS agency business leaders to develop and maintain ongoing release schedules. • Defining project requirements with key business stakeholders • Coordinating project activities for adherence to project plan and goals • Monitoring results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies and associated technical specifications • Developing detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding limitations and staffing availability • Preparing comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing and other associated project management areas • Managing project development process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes • Performing work in association with industry recognized standards, guidelines and practices • Develop and implement strategies to improve Health Safety Net claims processing and payment • Communicate with external stakeholders and internal partners to resolve issues related to claims processing, customer service, and other topics as needed • Develop and maintain detailed reports that will effectively monitor Health Safety Net IT operations • Adhering to established Commonwealth policy and procedures with respect to project management methodology quality assurance and other related standards *QUALIFICATIONS:* • Knowledge of, and experience with health care provider billing systems and/or claim processing systems • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, end users and project team members • Ability to interact effectively with technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources • Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills *EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:* • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience with project management as the project manager with full accountability and financial responsibility • Minimum (5) five years of IT experience in one or more technical roles • Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements • Proficiency with MS Project • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and Powerpoint. *Vineet Sharma* *IT Recruiter* *1 Point System LLC* Unit 103, 206 N College St, Pineville, North Carolina, United States - 28134. *P* : 803-818-3474 Ext : 112 Text Now : (315) 987-0024 *E* : [email protected] *Gtalk/Skype: *[email protected] *LinkedIn:* linkedin.com/in/vineet-sharma-11043aa4 <https://www.linkedin.com/in/vineet-sharma-11043aa4> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
