At least 5 years of **Network Security experience.* *2. Candidate needs to have experience with at least 2 of the 3 (Palo Alto, BlueCoat Proxy and Akamai (Kona or WAF). The focus on this role is in dealing with the firewall. * *3. General **networking experience is very helpful (dynamic routing).* *4. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with other teams* *5. Must be a team player. Although there is an on-call component to this role (once every other week for the weekend), it is common for there to be only 1 or 2 calls over the weekend.* *6. AWS is a plus.* *7. This person can work in Boston or Marlborough* *Requirements* • BS degree or Equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • 5 or more years of IT Security Experience • Professional Experience in UNIX, Windows, Linux administration and account management • Expertise in TCP/IP, Storage Devices, network devices, fail safe strategies, system architecture, LAN and WAN methods and Intranet/Internet security environments, patch management and vulnerability testing. • Expertise in firewall, vpn and web content filtering. • Expertise in web application firewalls. • General understanding of a risk based assessment approach • Experienced in supporting an enterprise environment. • Experienced with operational support in an on call role. • Experience in Securing SAAS solutions is a huge plus • Experienced in Amazon Web Services • Excellent analytical, written, oral communication and presentation skills • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several initiatives at one time • (CISSP) Certified Information Systems Security or equivalent certification is a big plus.
