Title: Project Manager (POMSnet) (DYES00006505)

Location: North Chicago, IL

Description:
This position is responsible for planning & delivery of assigned programs
and projects with a strategic impact on the iEMS Manufacturing & Engineering
Solutions IT business function. Responsible for the planning, coordination,
and delivery of assigned programs or projects within the information
technology department.
Oversees all aspects of assigned programs and projects and ensures
commitment to scope, schedule and budget are met. Sets deadlines, assigns
responsibilities, manages schedule & key milestones and summarizes progress
of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members,
vendors, and other departments contributing to the projects. Prepares
reports for upper management regarding status and health of the project.
Responsible for delivering all programs and projects on time, within budget
and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Responsible for
tracking project milestones, anticipating risks & issues, proactive risk
mitigation and making recommendations to business and IT leadership to
achieve successful outcomes.
Fluent in PMO methodologies and standards with planning, development &
implementation experience. Experienced with Waterfall and Agile delivery
methods and leading project execution in a complex matrix environment to
deliver results for business and IT stakeholders.
May require a bachelor's degree and at least 12+ years of experience in the
field or in a related area.
This position is expected to work with minimal oversight and has significant
impact on the performance and perception of the Science & Technology and
Business Intelligence BTS organization.


Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, and delivery of
projects:

1.      Works with business and BTS management to establish and gain
consensus on project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, resources,
Business benefits and overall timeline and milestones.
2.      Develops project estimates, plans and approaches to manage
end-to-end project execution.
3.      Ensures that business requirements are captured accurately and
completely.
4.      Uses disciplined project management methodology to define scope,
develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and
deliver within cost and schedule.
5.      Strong cross-business unit / functional IT communication,
influencing and negotiation to drive project results.
6.      Executes defined work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure
all activities are performed. Ensures projects are executed following SDLC
requirements and with a targeted focus on risk identification and
mitigation.
7.      Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide
timely and accurate project status and decision support information to
Project Team, Department and Division management.
8.      Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and
required documentation.
9.      Responsible for tracking project status and managing project issues
and risks:
a. Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and
risks will affect projects working with department, divisional management
and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure
the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
10.     Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely
delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact on
business continuity.
11.     Responsible for building and leading effective project teams:
a. Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project
needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team
members based upon their abilities. Supervises and motivates
cross-functional project teams of business analysts, developers, and
validation analysts.
12.     Using problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent
thinking to overcome challenges
13.     Adapting to cultural and organizational climates across global team
14.     Serve as primary contact to senior department managers for critical
change initiatives within a high matrix environment
15.     Work with cross-functional team, contractors, and vendors to deliver
critical projects

 

OTHER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

*       Experienced with leading projects in a structured PMO environment.
Creation, management, and ownership of key deliverables in a PMLC / SDLC
framework.
*       Project Management experience of Manufacturing Operations
(Manufacturing process, QC and Quality Operations) strongly preferred
*       Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and GxP strongly preferred
*       Analytical with attention to detail as well as ability to understand
the big picture and impacts to cross-functional areas
*       Highly motivated results oriented team player
*       Excellent communication skills with experience in Business and
Technical arenas
*       Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite
*       Prior experience of working in a hybrid environment with both
Waterfall and Agile experience preferred.
*       Expertise in creating work breakdown structures, risk management

associated with project management methodologies.
*       Excellent MS Project skills required
*       PPM tools such as Innotas (Planview), Clarity or Planisware

*       At least 4 - 7 years' experience in project management, business
systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 5
years' experience managing projects

Qualifications/Experience:

*       Minimum 5 years of experience in antivirus software domain.
*       Support and troubleshooting of Windows Operating System and
Client-side Security software.
*       Troubleshoot complex hardware and software related issues.
*       Experience with troubleshooting McAfee products.

*       ePO, VSE, HIPS, MOVE, ENS, FRP, DLP, MDE, MNE

*       Experience with other next generation anti-malware products is a
plus.

While working in this assignment, the candidate will be performing the
following job duties:

*       Managing different Endpoint Security products individually and via
admin console.
*       Testing new versions, updates, and patches for compatibility and
effectivity per the documentation.
*       Coordinating piloting procedure for these products.
*       Resolve incidents and service requests related to the various
anti-malware products on end user systems (for performance, compatibility,
service interruptions, product usage, etc.)
*       Work with end users to adjust the client security policies to meet
business needs while maintaining compliance with corporate security
policies.
*       Create queries and reports in the security admin consoles as
required.
*       Edit firewall rules as needed to resolve issues with various
software/systems in use to allow them to function while remaining secure.
*       Adjust Web Control rules to block or allow sites as requested by
Information Security and end users while maintaining compliance with
corporate security policies.
*       Create custom Exploit Prevention / Access Protection / Adaptive
Threat Protection rules as required in response to security incidents or
bulletin alerts.
*       Maintain file / hash exclusions for whitelisted / blacklisted items
in anti-malware policies.
*       Work with the Corp Information Security team in various aspects of
the position in relation to the anti-malware tools.
*       Work with the anti-malware vendor support services as needed to
resolve issues with the relative products.

experience, research, and analysis to create technical solution
specifications that meets requirements. Knowledgeable in common tools that
support area of expertise. Drives implementation and provides technical
support for escalated operational incidents and problems. Monitors and
reports task assignment progress and status as required and escalates risks
and issues to key stakeholders. Proactively identifies opportunities for
continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, tools and engineering
methods that are applicable within area of responsibility and expertise. 5+

Title: Mobility Analyst / IOS Developer (DYES00006478)

Location: North Chicago, IL

Description:
The position requires a motivated individual who can work in collaboration
with a dynamic team. The Mobility Analyst will be responsible for evaluating
mobility operation incidents and requests to identify trends, problems,
knowledge, or process gaps. The individual will assume primary
responsibility for Mobile knowledge and will need to create, modify, and
publish documentation to ensure accurate knowledge exists to promote user
self-service and Level 1 first call resolution when possible. Individual
will also create and maintain process documents and user guides. The analyst
works closely with Mobility Inventory, Mobility Operation Technicians,
Mobility Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Technicians, Field Services, and our
Level 1 helpdesk to understand support needs. Individual must be able to
manage mobility projects and translate business requirements into functional
requirements. The Analyst will identify, research, and resolve issues within
our Mobile Device Management and Telecom Expense management systems as well
as review recommendations from service providers related to data plans. The
individual will assist the mobility inventory and operation technicians
diagnosing and resolving mobility incidents, tasks, and requests escalated
through service management software. Candidate must be able to understand
and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and
Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data
security, and hardware and software procurement and usage guidelines.


COMPETENCIES:
Skills and experience supporting mobile technology in a business
environment, including exposure to Service Desk support, mobile device
management, Telecom Expense Management, and carrier support. Possess
fundamental understanding of iOS and Apple devices as well as working
knowledge of software packages including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and
Virtual/Cloud environments. Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting
and problem analysis. Ability to perform tasks competently and independently
generating reliable and consistent results. Must be able to follow processes
and procedures; document resolutions; and proficiently utilize Knowledge
Management tools. Ability to ascertain criticality of incoming requests,
plan and prioritize workload without supervision, and perform under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS:
. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline; or an
equivalent combination of education and work experience.
. 1-3 years of experience as an analyst or administrator
. 3 or more years of experience with Mobility and Apple support
. Experience with Mobile Device Management required. MobileIron experience
preferred.
. Process and Knowledge Management experience preferred.
. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and verbal and
written communication skills.
. High degree of initiative and ownership with the ability to multitask and
