Skills:
· At least 10+ years of solution architecture experience with
expertise in enterprise solution architectures in a multi-project solutions
scenario with solution dependencies and integrations across the solutions
and the backend systems.
· At least 5 years of experience in the architecting of range of
customer facing solutions in the utility industry, with strong focus on the
Customer Experience (CX) driven solutions.
· Experience in architecting multi-channel CX solutions: Customer
relationship/order management, Customer facing portal, mobile application,
customer payment and notifications, customer communications management and
customer contact center & interactive voice response systems.
· Ability to document and communicate strategic solution
architectures to diverse group of audience with the focus on achieving
results.
· Experience to work with diverse group stakeholders both business
and technical and able to communicate to the target audience.
· At least 5 years of experience in cloud-based solution
architectures and preferably external facing web application architectures
in the Azure environment.
Deliverables
· Health check report on the current solution architectures of the
projects in scope.
· Integrated solution architecture based on the current solution
architectures of the projects in scope, using a standard architecture
template.
· Roadmap that shows technical dependencies between the projects
and risks/mitigations.
· A forward-looking architecture with a roadmap of increment
progress with identified opportunities (integration platform, reporting and
analytics, shared services…).
