Hi, We are using Android 2.6.25 Linux Kernel on ARM-based chip and have Android SDK 1.0r2 on PC.
When building the Kernel, we set the flag CONFIG_USB_ANDROID_ADB_GADGET. When we connect USB cable to the target, and query the state of the device, we get message: C:\Android\android-sdk-windows-1.0_r2\tools\adb devices * daemon not running. starting it now * * daemon started successfully * List of devices attached 0123456789ABCDEF offline We even tried "adb kills-server" and connect again, but no change in the device state. Any assistance on this will helpful.
