Primary duties include: • Work directly with other technical/functional analysts and business users in understanding the information needs of the business and designing and developing code to meet the requirements • Perform unit testing and code reviews • Participate in application deployments • Participate in application performance analysis and tuning • Attend and contribute in JAD sessions with business analysts • Identify, coordinate and help resolve the root cause of day to day production issues • Work with the functional team to ensure understanding of requirements and technical specifications. • Develop technical documentation according to project standards *Skills* 8-10+ years of J2EE design and development experience • Experience IBM WebSphere application server, WebSphere MQ Platform, Identity Management, portals, etc. • Experience in Web services, SOA • Experience in Java, Struts, Oracle, PL/SQL, optimizing queries • Experience in any of the CI tools Subversion, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, etc. • Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance UI • Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery • Excellent Analytical skills • Flexibility/Adaptability is required, especially when working in a large team • Excellent Organization and Time Management skills • Excellent Communication skills and working in a team environment • Attention to Detail • Ability to Multi-task *Desired Skills* Experience with Struts is required XML-based data exchanges Informatica Experience with Integrated IT Investment & System Life Cycle Framework (ILC) WebSphere MQ WebSphere Business Integrator Message Broker (WBI-MB) Experience in integrating with Access Manager and LDAP Experience in performance testing using Load-runner Performance tuning. *REQUIREMENT 2* I have an Excellent *Java Developer * Position available in *Piscataway, NJ. *If you want to take your Career to the next Level than this is the time to apply.
